I changed the fuser and the message did not dissapear.
I reset the main count value.
I reset factory defaults (basic)
The message did not dissapear!!
What can i do.

use 2-6 at startup! (V and arrow to the right)
Restet maintenance
power off copier. hold down 2 and 6 and and turn power on (keep holding the 2 and 6) depending on your model it might be the down arrow and the right arrow you need to hold down)

I knew this configuration Menu and nothing about FUSER COUNTER RESET.

It's said «Replace the fuser and, if necessary,reset the printer internal counter for
the fuser.»
I reset the main counter in the CONFIGURATION MENU .
This is the only counter in the CONFIGURATION MENU .

the fuser as well as the transfer belt have fuseable links in them. if you are using a new fuser from Lexmark contact tech support for replacement if its a refurbished fuser odds are that the link wasn't replaced durning build up.
