    Lexmark XS950de Tranfer bed removal

    Hi,

I've been sent to look at a Lexmark XS950de printer which I need to remove the transfer belt assy. I have removed the green locking handle at the front and the two metal retaining brackets at the left side but it still seems to be held still at the rear frame side.

    Am I missing something?

Any help is greatly appreciated - I'm actually here on site now!

    Cheers

    Mark

You need to remove all PCU's, Transfer cleaning unit and fuser then rotate the transfer lever to the unlock position. Once thats done remove the front and rear retaining brackets then pull the release latch which is just behind the rear bracket to disengage the transfer unit.

    Hope that helps
