Lexmark x340 copy count does not work but print & ADF count do it...

Hi people...

I have a MFP x340, and it works properly, (paper passage with no jams & right copy quality).

The only trouble is when I make copies, page counter doesn`t work ( It shows the same counter quantity, no matter what quantity of copies I've done)

(on "report > device statistics > page count > flatbed copy")

But if I do printings (like a menu report page for example) or ADF copiers, or any other feature, machine counts pages!

Anybody can help me?

I'm pretty sure that only counts the original documents you place on the platen glass to copy.
As such, if you are looking for the total amount of pages that have been printed by the machine, you may be better served with the "Media Sheet Count" section of the device statistics report.

This is a report page. See on this, "flatbed copy". If you make some copies, this counter doesn´t change. Of course, is the same for total counter too, if you only make copies, no prints.

This trouble appears for a few days ago, before that, this counter worked properly...

Update the frimware if not already done.
