I have a BH-500. I am having a paper jam. Lead edge of the paper stops at the middle of the drum. I inspected cleaned and lubricated all the gears in drive panel d & g. But the result is the same. Does anyone have any advice.

hi,i work for a canon dealer in uk and iget s/software supplied to me direct but the engineers that do not work for an approved dealer is there a site they can get it from.yes i did try to copy some software to an engineer but at his end it was not recognised, i do feel sorry for them but i dont think i can do any more.just wondering what your thoughts were.
