I know what you mean Harry. It's been a long time since a copier had one drive motor and 12 clutches. They sure were a lot easier to diagnose.

I am schooled on toshiba and mita the old ons also 213 313 this copier have one motor and 1000 clutches this was a work!Not like now have you change the firmware? HD fault SSt would not work?

Blackcat, I finally saw your response and uploaded the picture I was talking about. He is the cover of my album, his name is Sam. I also threw in a picture of my current cat. His name is Bear. He is quite a cat! As I probably mentioned before. The cover though is by an artist known as Kain White. I do not know when it was done, only that I like it a lot. He is my desktop background. Hey I guess that last message to you really bombed. I tried to attach a picture and it didn't work. I can't seem to attach a file, just a url which I do not have. But I guess you got the message.
By your last post, kind of sounds like you may have taken my reference to your amount of posts and my cat as some sort of put down or sarcasm. Well it wasn't. Kudos to you for sharing info with other techs as that is very commendable. I try to do the same when I think I can help. I really do have a black cat named bear (he's half siamese). He is eight years old. I got him after my female cat (also black-Burmese) passed after 19 years. If I figure out how to attach a link to a url of the picture I will try to post it again. If you like cats you will appreciate the picture.

Thanks for the reply on our F6-20 code. Since most of my business is Canon, I'm not familiar with the switch you are referring to, can you help?
