    Hello Again,

    With only a few prints on my only working IRc3100N it said the Yellow Tonner was finish, after replacing with new I know get the error message is E000021-0001. Any ideas???

    You said to mention the progress on 3100N error code machine. I am passing below what the technican emailed me.

    Hi Kevin,

    This is what is going on with the two copiers in Marabella, the working one is very good, it needed just straightforward servicing, so that one is goof for now.

    The other one with the initial error code was a slack cable but when the copier came on another error code surfaced it is E70-0002 most likely this is the ITB Belt, we will check it again on Wednesday or Saturday.

    However the real problem is again similar to the one in Couva, the fixing unit is doing 95 percent and the pick up rollers on the top cassette is over 100,000, therefore the rollers on the fixing and the cassette will have to change.

    When we get the copier actually working only then we will know how good the rollers are, I just thought I will let you know that.
