Biography:

I started in the industry with a plastic box,2 screwdrivers, pliers, cloths and foaming cleaner ..... after a couple of weeks, I had a tool case to put them in,a soldering iron, a multimeter and a car.
I still use the same snap-on Screwdrivers and pliers.
Minolta and Ricoh were the machines I started with for the first 10 years in Bournemouth. Then Canon for the next 9 in Devon.
After that I set up a business with a couple of friends, our own Canon/Olivetti/KonicaMinolta dealership.
Currently operating my own service company maintaining a fleet of KM, Canon, Kyocera, Samsung, Epson devices for ourselves and several National dealerships ... based in SW England.
Married with 7 children, born between 1997 and 2006.
My wife is the administrator.She keeps the technicians in work and home schools one of our daughters
