    But, RICOH does not have a solution for this?
    I mean , in 200 MP161 i never had this problem.

    In MP171 and MP201 its a chronic problem. Today I have more than 100 machines with Intermittent error.
    Even if the machines are not turned Off and used correctly.

    Did RICOH give up the problem and donīt have a solution, even when the machine is used in the correct way?

    Intermittant address book error doesn't require the SD recovery card, you just need to turn off/on to cure the problem.
