I fix things. I've got a seemingly unusual knack for stumping Google with trying to solve the problems people usually (or, often the case, *did*) replace the device for. Started with computer hardware and software (I make it a point to avoid reinstalling the OS and solve the problem itself, not the symptoms), then got into electronics and started doing component-level electronics repair. No formal education in any of these matters except an AAS in network administration. So I guess that makes me an "IT guy", but don't judge this falcon by his label :)
