Wrote when I made this profile : Just started at as a Technician for Genesis of Oklahoma. This is a new field for me and I'm still learning a lot. I work mainly on Kyocera's but branch out a little depending on our contracts.

02/18 : Well it's been over 3 years now and I have a little more experience under my belt. I'm now a Senior Service Technician and working mainly through remote service and issues that my technicians are having trouble with.
