Are your data correct? Serial number A789* seems to be from Bizhub 367, not from Bizhub C224e. Check the data once again, or post a photo. Failed...

Bear in mind, that color toners lasts for 26k pages, and black lasts for 29k - that's the main source of weight difference (in theory).

No, it doesn't work, as I said here -> CE Password Recovery As far, as I know, the only official way for production machines is NVRAM replacement....
