  1. Hi,

I'm hoping you can help me. I have a vi 7360 with no Print Controller. I'm having a hard time finding parts. Are any other controllers compatable with this?

Also, where can I find the firmware upgrade file?

I appreciate any info you can give.

    Thanks

  4. I have a Kyocera KM-3035 and I am getting an error code C2500, What does that mean and how can I fix it? I use the copier/printer/fax for my kids school and I really do not think it is anything major (or hope it isn't) since our organization really needs our funding for out high school events and not fixing a printer.... Please help if you can. I thank you in advance for your assistance.

  9. I remember the 3 M's with the double paper rolls. The old Olivetti I mentioned had a large charge corona bracket which was vertical in the copier. The bar would move away from the home switch located at the front of the machine, and travel to the rear , contacting another switch. This would cut off the charge to the unit. If the unit was jamming you would open up the front door and by-pass the interlock to watch it running. Sometimes a tech would forget about the bypass when the paper jammed in the corona unit. You guessed it . A really shocking experience. Some guys have been in the business a long time, and seen a lot of changes. Have a good day!
