    u have to reset with the Trouble reset procedure.
    hold down the tools/counter button while power on with the main switch(behind the small white cover) (maybe it was 0 (zero) button instead)
    and hold it until u have an black dot in upper corner of the display.
    just wait for trouble reset in the display and then press it, and chek for ok under
    turn off an then on after 10 sec

    I have a bizhub c550 and the control panel was not responding and after a while it displayed an error code C-3B04. I tried to reset the machine but can not complelet because of the control panel that is not responding. Is there any other way of resetting the machine without using the control panel?
