I'm not a professional anything at the moment! I've worked in many areas, and had access to many more as a result, so digital test and programming is my specialitiy I would say.
I have had a photocopier in the house for 25 years, sports club administration, so have been through a few. On the way to having 2 3800c's (staplers etc) all working nice we (me and Dad)'ve stripped a few broken ebay ones, and worked out lovely,
because,
I use the bits for other things... The wiring looms, power boards, I2c chips, pneumatics & motors are especially fun as there are SLA7023M chips mounted on boards that just need tacking to a PIC Microcontroller, and some steppers, and robotics are all possible... I love photocopiers for the sensors, millions of IR Break and IR Proximity detectors all soldered nicely with connectors and loom wires, superb!
