    Hello,

    We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C284e.
    if we make a copy using the document feeder or glass plate, the prints show a few thin lines.
    Glass plate and slit glass are 100% clean.
    Prints do not show these small lines.
    Could it be contamination on the scanner lamp or something similar?
