Can you help me out?
I have a workcentre 24 and the user and password has been changed and forgotten.
I have tried the default 11111 and nothing. Is there a way to get into service mood and reset all passwords???

hello milo you can help me to serialize WCP c3545.
Should I synchronize the serial of this machine but I can not, I called xerox them do not give me the password to synchronize the serial, how can I do to be able to use the printer, you can give me some information.

My Xerox Document centre 490ST has been working correctly, as a copier and network printer, until the moment I wanted to activate its network scanner utility, when some unfortunate manipulations ( regarding many attempts to establish the file server IP address) led to completely deactivate the device network controller: each time I start the machine, and after some minutes, I receive the message " the network controller is not available, contact the machine's responsible". right now, I can only use it as a copier.
system software version: 7.19.05.505
Error code: 03-563.00
Could you help me?
