You mentioned work laptops. Every tech where I work has within the last two weeks been issued new laptops, the tablet kind that customer sign their workorders on. I ask why I haven't gotten one yet. "When we get around to it" is their answer. In the mean time I have to lug around an separate signature pad for the customers to sign.
