thank you peter.one of my big problem in xerox is my psw wont work only the dummy i can used we boy the psw with the laPTOP. soo evry time we have problem in color displacement we hire someone who have psw to fix it.
hi peter im glad to be your friend.im just going 8 years in copier industry,previosly i do canon,toshiba,ricoh and konica minolta.but now i just work at canon and riso. i have attend a training in xerox color the dcc400 imary and work on few of these in my past years.
Hi Peter thanks for your message. I'm not a technician exactly, as I do network installations of Fuji Xerox devices and also provide networking support as well for customers who are having issues. Things get more complex year by year with all the different requirements customers have now with work flows, scanning, accounting etc. I really enjoy my job. I noticed your self employed, so what line of work do you with Xerox devices? Bye for now

How are you? I have worked on just about every copier brand except Xerox. I work just outside of Boston Massachusettes. I am mostly working on Canon and Ricoh boxes. How are things in Sydney?

Hey Peter. Yep, I'm friends with David. He's a very knowledgable tech. We've helped each other on here & attended a class together last year. I'm also friends with Pete Gossett. He actually works for a dealer about an hour away from me, but lives on my block. I've known him for 25 years. I'll sure help you with anything I can. I mainly do connectivity, but am trained on Sharp, Toshiba, Kyocera & Oki.
