Hi all, hope someone can help. I have the above scanner and the demo scanning was activated. Now we have used up all the scanning. I am receiving the message "Scanner kit not installed". When connecting using a browser and going into Network scanning - then setup I receive a red error "ERROR[936]: Scanning feature is not enabled" I have called out our third party support and the guy hasnt got a clue. Tried ringing Sharp and they are useless as far as support is concerned! I have read that I should re-enter the machine serial before I can enter the scanner product key which I received but have not yet used! Is there a way to re-enable the scanning?
