I've been trying for some years to print, from my Mac, multiple copies of a booklet to a variety of Ricoh machines (MP C4000, MP C4500). I've already done all the things you suggest via your very helpful JPG's. What inevitably happens is that in printing multiple copies of a booklet, the booklets are stapled together as a single batch, instead of stapled individually booklet-by-booklet. I can print multiple copies of a booklet by printing a single copy over and over again, and this gets me the correct stapling. Short of this, I always end up with booklets stapled as a batch. Is this a problem with the Ricoh/Mac interface, or is there just some other setting that I'm not using properly? Your advice gratefully solicited - Jpiano12
