Didn't hear about the meeting yet. The owner never lets me know stuff in advance. As far as Bourbonnais, if its national account your company is already getting paid to service that machine, by Kyocera. So, I'm not sure how that would work out switching.
Tom, you going to the breakfast next week at Elk Grove Village ? Kyo called & wants us to service a wide format machine in Bourbonnais. Is that something you guys would do. It's about an hour & 45 minutes from us. I figured you were closer. LMK

Jeff can get kind of annoying at times though. Especially during baseball season. He is a good tech, so I guess I'll forgive him about the Cubs.
