I'm not a certified technician, but I love helping others when they have an issue with something in any way I can, and I love to learn how things work. I get a bit obsessed with making sure the latest software/firmware is installed on the devices I work on, but I believe it is a good thing when the latest software/firmware helps people do the things they need to do more efficiently.
