I have some MXC311 and 401's that are running very well. However I have one that is having issue with Doc Feed. In the states there is a Sharp tech tip to check one way bearing in pick up assembly for grease contamination. My problem is that the one way is definitely slipping but it does not appear that this unit is meant to come apart? Looking at parts manual you have to order the whole assembly you cannot order just pick up and feed roller. Is this correct? Does the feed assembly for the doc feed come apart?????
