After getting error code 10-356 I replaced the fuser roll retract motor and now I am unsure how to reset NVM. I cannot find all the steps. Is this required? I am still getting the same code after changing the motor. What is the next step?

Do you know if the scanning optio kit number is the same for all WCP 55f or is it specific to each machine? If they are all the same do you know what the option kit number is?

are you familiar with xerox 2045? We have a client that has the side door by the fuser keep locking up. Any ideas?
