    Thank you for your posts!

Good morning to you all. My name is Charles Sedoris and I am new to copiers as of January 2016. I work for a laser printer repair shop ( we also do inkjet repair when it is cost effective and are a Canon inkjet warranty facility) that has recently purchased a copier company. We have somewhere around 70 rentals in the field under contract. I did have some training with the previous owner before he checked out and have a good working knowledge of how copiers work (not really much different from laser printers or multi-function printers in most respects). Having been stumped on several occasions when working on a copier, I have almost always found an answer or at least the right direction to the answer on this site. I hope in the future I can be of assistance to others here as you have been to me!

A huge thank you to the techs that take their time to read and answer posts on this site and also the creators and moderators here for doing a wonderful job in keeping it clean, informative, and respectful. As many can i'm sure testify, you have been a life saver!

We've got a good group of people. Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
