    been reading for two years

I found this site shortly after I started and am amazed at the amount of helpful advice given. I have been repairing copiers for 2 years now and our major line is Sharp. Previously the company was a Panasonic dealer and we are working to replace those with new sharp machines. I was in the deli business for 20 plus years always fixing broken machines so the copier repair was not a major change, and the hours are a lot better.
Thanks to everybody for the helpful advice.

Are you sure it was Copytechnet? We do have quite a cast of characters, don't we?

I'm glad you found something useful. I'm looking forward to your contributions.
    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
