Cool New kid on the block

    Hi everyone.
I'm new to copytech - so please be gentle.

I have an old Canon CLC 3200 machine, which is probably coming to the end of its days.

One problem that I've had for a while is to do with the printed image, and is on Cyan.
Changing the drum doesn't make a difference, as the problem has remained through a couple of drum changes. The image on cyan is stripped. the stripes go from the operator side to the back and are uniform. The stripes look like a corrugated sheet.

I'll try to attach a jpg image showing part of an A3 printout.

    Thanks in antisipation

    Welcome!

If you'd like the Canon people to see this thread you might start a thread in the Canon Forum. Personally I'd start with a cyan developer change. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
