    Service Technician

Hello, I worked on copiers with IKON from 1992-2006, (mainly Canon), also worked at a Ricoh/Savin dealership and then with Toshiba a few years before switching to EFI servicing grand format printers (Vutek) using Fiery-XF RIP. I am now back servicing Ricohs in Las Vegas. This site has been very useful in the past, thanks!

    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I worked for Ikon during much of that same time period. =^..^=

    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
