PANSONIC DP 8035 blank but back lit screen

Hello CTnet members. Although I'm more retired from the copy machine business than active I still help others where I can. I was helping a church with a Panasonic DP 8035. The complaint was wrinkled paper (copies). I find the upper fuser roller split almost in half near the middle. Ordered the parts and got it back together without issue. When I power on the unit it starts it post cycle but the display never displays anything but the back lighting. The fuser is warm but with 3 lamps seems it should be much warmer but I don't know this machine so am asking for input please. My 1st guesses are power boards but wondered if there was a key combination or master reset or test points to start with etc. Any help would be appreciated.
