    Sharp mx3500n paper jam before the fussing unit

    Hello house! Am just new to this forum and am Stanley with medium experience in copier repair. However my sharp mx3500n copier currently having continuous paper jam before the fussing unit, I have tried printing the different trays but no success, I blew all through the transport area by the right door with a blower machine but no success too. And besides the a week ago there is always paper jam before the transfer belt each time am printing/copying color job. Please help me out

    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
