Checking In from Oak Lawn, IL

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and just wanted to waive to everyone. I have a Konica Minolta C364 with the following error code PRT/IR Error L-1 L2 L-3 - Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

THIS IS NOT THE FORUM TO ASK RESOLVE TO PROBLEMS.
This forum is to introduce yourself to CopyTechNet folks....
I have posted the fix for your issue in the other forum.

You probably need to READ the forum rules while you are at it!

    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
