Just a suggestion: you might want to start this in the Canon forum. A lot of members (including me) probably don't know that an imageRunner Advance C3325i is a Canon.

Unless this is what you mean:

    NP-3325.jpg

It's been quite a few years since I've seen one of these.

And by the way: Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Wow... where did you get a photo of one of those?..Its like snapping a photo of a dodo bird. The photo itself will be a prized collectors addition antique....Forgot what one looked like...Sent via phone...

Hey! This was a VAST improvement over the NP-3525. The document feeder actually worked occasionally, and it only had mottling when the humidity was high. It actually fed duplex pages, unlike the NP-3525. I think the duplex option was only there to have a place to set the copier. I don't think I ever saw that duplex option feed paper. =^..^=
