Hi all. Just wanted to give a quick hello. Have been in this business for around 30 years. Worked for Sharp dealerships in the past but have been with Xerox for the last 5 years. Quick question, Ive tried to reply to several posts since I joined but none of my replies show up even after a couple days. What am I missing? Thanks!

You should have gotten a welcome email when you joined. You have to reply to that before you can post to threads. If you did not get the welcome email, white list admin@copytechnet.com, i.e. add it to your address book, and check your SPAM and Bulk folders. . If there is nothing in either of those, check your profile for any typos on your email address. If there is a typo, correct it and a new acknowledgement email should be sent. When you reply to that email, your account should work.

Ok, so 2 welcome messages and one do not reply, the same ones I checked previously. None of them say anything like reply to confirm although I just did reply based on your previous email. No need to whitelist as Im obviously receiving emails.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
