    Howdy!

Good Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I am Ajester and I have been servicing office equipment for about ten years, and glad to be a member of copytechnet. All technicians can troubleshoot and turn a screwdriver, but it takes creative forces dealing with some silly issues that we face everyday. I always think that the operator error calls that we get are the easy ones, but we need to treat the operator with respect, and remember that they don't work on office equipment 8-5 mon-fri. I always try to leave my customers smiling when I walk out the door. Take care out there!

    Welcome A.J.! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
