    Long time reader, newly registered!

    Hey!

I've been reading these forums quite alot over the last year, mainly because it's often the first hit on Google when I try to find a solution to a problem with a machine I rarely work on (Lexmark, Canon, HP).
Trained Konica Minolta tech, working for a company KM recently bought...
I mainly work on KM bizhub office machines, equal amount B&W / Color, but also handle some server and network issues.

I'm looking forward to learning, contributing and experiencing the nice community here on copytechnet.com!

Well, it's about time. Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
