    Hello everyone!

I have been working on copiers since 1984. My dad has sold just about everything under the sun so I have had to learn how to work on them all. I mainly have exp. working on Konica and Ricoh with a little canon thrown in there. Love the new Ricoh color machines! Well that's about all for now. Hope to learn some new tricks here and be of some help as well!

    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
