    Newbie checking in

Hello all! My name is Phil and i just started my own repair business that services the Denver Co metro area. I'v been banging on doors and getting my name out there for 2 days now and have gotten a couple of bites. Things are slow but it's still progress. I ran into a customer with a canon IR c3200 today and after looking at it i discovered the Delivery rollers next to the fuser were melted and its throwing a e0004-0002 error. When i did a google search of the error i found this website and some VERY useful tips to resolve this issue. I'v only been in the industry for about 3 1/2 years now but if i can contribute back in any way then i will. Look forward to hearing what everyone has to say and helping out when i can

    Phil

3.5 years and you've started your own business! Wow! I wish I had that kind of confidence, then again when I was a 3 year tech I don't think this site existed. Wish you the best, buddy and welcome to CTN!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

Thanks! It's either confidence or stupidity. I guess time will tell

... and a little humility too.
Welcome! We're glad to help when we can. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
