Op panel reads "Door is open. Close it" Every other time I have had this the customer has said ok lets replace the unit. This time it is a not for profit and they don't have the funds to replace it. Any ideas that have worked?

ordered the high voltage board that sits right above the cassette. It was fairley cheap. Will let you know the results.
