Cool OLD to OT, New to Copiers

Good morning. Obligatory who the heck am I post.

I have been in IT for over 22 years. While a part of that was managing, specifying and maintaining copiers and printers, now I am on the other side. I am working to help build a small company in Orlando where we deal with mostly Ricoh and Xerox copiers.

I have been reading the forum as it scores fairly high in Google, but now I do have a few questions and this seems like a great resource. I am not new to forums at all and of course my experience goes back to BBS days.

Thanks for having a great forum and I look forward to contributing and getting information.

    Knot

    Welcome, Knot. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
