Good day folks....
Kind new to site I have posted and searched and got some help from all the great post.
Basic background A+ Net+ and MCP Certified... With that have been said working for current employer that does IT, printer and copier repair. Knowelge in HP, Kyrocera, Muratec, Konica Minolta & Brother. My approach to a problem may help all out...since doing IT the first thing I ask is "What has changed since the problem occurred?" And trust me customers and boss is surprised how quickly the issue gets resolved when you can answer that question. Sorry to blab but hope that my experience and knowledge will help a few out and hope for the same in return.
