There are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary maths and those who don't
You've already taken the first step. Step 1) you joined Copytechnet.
Step 2) is to start reading threads on your current brand of machines. I'll be the first to say that I have a very poor memory, but I can recall that there is a post on a particular topic, and can usually find it.
Step 3) is to comment on those threads you read.
Step 4) is to post questions and fixes of your own. Many of us are capable of learning from your experiences.
Copytechnet is an advanced interactive troubleshooting course of a sort. Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
