    Post xerox work center 5687 fault code

    i have xerox work center 5687 its showing bin tray 1 not working after checked the fault code throw the diagnostics mode the fault is 11-468 and 11-455 from the finisher i replaced the paddle unit but the problem still not solved the fault is 11-455

    any help .

    Glad to have you join us. Why is that so many of the new individuals seem to think that the Newbie Check In forum is the place to ask technical questions in stead of the proper technical forum?

    For what it is worth, here's why I think that is -
    From what I've seen they often are from countries where things are not going very well, and they apparently don't think they have the time to search the site for the proper forums. I've found that just directing those people to the correct forum is enough to help them from here.
    I suppose there are also lazy dopes that try to take advantage of the system doing this too, but I stink at detecting that.
