Hi,
I'm new to CTN. I've been on the forums for a few weeks but thought I would "check in". I work for a Kyocera dealership and mostly service Kyocera equipment, we also sell and service muratec.
I hope I can offer as much help as I receive from other members. I have only been a copier tech for 8 months, but I can offer some guidance on some models not a lot of techs are familiar with.

That would be correct. I got that nickname because I had a supervisor that used to call all the employees big daddy. I got in the habit of calling co workers (and any guy I can't remember the name of) "big daddy". My op manager picked up on this and gave me the nickname. Nothing like being In a meeting with a client and someone screams out "big worm".
Nicknames like people must retire at some point. Until then, I remain "big daddy". Sorry for the confusion, lol.
