    New Guy

    Hello Everyone,

I'm have scoured the forums here to get some grasp of my sorry old GR3750 which has sen some milage and finally decided to sign up as there is always good advice here. I'm looking to print things for my illustration collective and we're having some teething troubles. I'm hoping that there will be a few people out there who can offer some guidance!

Please forgive me in advance for my ignorance and rookie errors!

My current issue is that the image that I'm printing is shortened / truncated from the original. It's a good 1cm too squat and tends to print off centre. Things that I have thrown up on this forum seem to suggest that it is a timing issue? It has only recently started doing this as I printed some quite tight registration designs before with out problems. Any initial ideas would be appreciated!

    Cheers, Dave
