AptarGroup Names New Chief Financial Officer as Part of Planned Transition

(NYSE: ATR) today announced that Robert Kuhn will succeed Stephen Hagge as the Company's Chief Financial Officer as part of a planned transition after appointing Mr. Hagge the Company's Chief Operating Officer earlier this year. Mr. Hagge, 56, who has been AptarGroup's CFO since 1993, was appointed Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2008 and will continue in that position. Mr. Kuhn, 46, is currently the Company's Vice President of Financial Reporting and also the Controller of the Beauty and Home segment.
