PR-inside.com) - The governing board of Colorado Technical University (CTU) has appointed Dr. Wallace Pond, age 44, President and Chief Executive Officer of the CTU University system. The CTU system includes four campuses and two satellite locations, a fully online university which serves over 18,000 students worldwide, and the Institute for Advanced Studies, which offers online, on-ground and blended graduate programs.
