error code oki es5460 mfp

hello all, i have Oki Es 5460 mfp and and i have this code error : Servis call, fatal error 03 and 231, please can sameone help me how to fix it?

If you are lucky, could be a loose connection between print engine controller board and primary board, both located under the right side cover. Otherwise the print engine board needs replacement.

(The print engine controller board is the smaller one, on the left)
