    Dell 5130cdn

Does anyone know where to get the service manual for the Dell 5130cdn? I have calibrated the machine after replacing the belt unit and the transfer roller. When I print the color test page, everything looks great except the green part of the pie chart. It has a narrow, ill defined vertical yellow band near the left edge of the pie (see attached)SMCC16110212210_0001.jpg.
What do I do with this information from the test chart now that I have it? Yes, it's time to get a new printer, and I have a Ricoh SP C440DN on order, but in the meantime I'm trying to nurse this one along.
    Thanks,
    Mark

    Executing Test Print
    1) Power off the printer.
    2) Power on the printer while pressing the Up and Down arrow buttons.
    3) Release the buttons when "Diagnosing..." is displayed.
    4) "Customer Mode" and "IOT Diag" are displayed. (Now in the Diag mode.)
    5) Press the Down arrow button to select "Test Print", and then press the Check button.
    6) Press the Up or Down button to select an item from "Test Print".
    7) Press the Check button twice to execute the process.

Run the 20% color pages (they have to be run separately). Whichever color shows the defect (it will probably be a white line (absence of toner), similar to the defect your seeing), replace that drum.

Just FYI, the Dell 5130 is a Xerox Phaser 6700.

This is what I got, the others were fine. So replace the cyan drum correct?
    Thanks,

Yes, the cyan drum will need to be replaced.

This is typical. Have seen it many times. Guessing the cleaning blade inside the drum has some hardened toner stuck to it and new toner never gets layed down in that spot.

It's hard to get a good picture, but this is the one I replaced, you can definitely see some sort of scratch or band. In any event, the new one fixed it, so thanks again.
