    I'm looking for a decent desktop B&W to offer to my customers.

    Is Oki mb492 any good?

    What other small units are good these days?

    I need rich black copy tones...

    find a unit that you have a "drop in " fuser. Those buggers can be a PIA when trying to rebuild the bitch
