Docucolor 5252 3b Transport Jam

I have my pws plugged in and when I try to print any test patterns I keep getting a paper jam error in module 3b. Cleaned sensors and still no luck. Paper is not jammed when I open module to release jam. Getting 009-624 VM/VH Fail Y. Any ideas?

well .. go back to "false jams" theory... you cleaned sensors...
did you clean ROLLERS?
Are paper tray defined properly?
is it the correct PWS version for your unit?

I cleaned sensors and rollers. I tried all 3 paper trays. PWS is correct for model, runs setups and test cycles fine. I'm now getting 008-150 Aligner Path Sensor 1 On Jam. Reseated all connections to sensors as well and sensor turns on in component control diagnostic.
